Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a dispatch email with your tracking number and courier . You can use the tracking number included in the email to follow your package’s journey.

Delivery
Yes, we ship internationally and are proud to serve customers around the world.
Please note that shipping availability may occasionally change due to external factors beyond our control, such as geopolitical events, natural disasters, or disruptions to global logistics networks. In such cases, we may temporarily suspend shipping to certain countries to ensure the safety and reliability of our service.

Order Issues
We are very efficient in processing your order, which means we are unable to accommodate any modifications after it has been submitted. This encompasses alterations to the items in the order, the delivery method, the delivery address, or the payment option.
Once an order has been placed, it generally cannot be cancelled, as we begin processing orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery.
If you would still like to request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Care team through the contact page as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to assist, cancellations are not guaranteed, especially if your order has already been picked, packed, or dispatched.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns, but we no longer offer exchanges.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process refunds for items returned after this 30-day period.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. For swimwear, the hygiene sticker must still be in place. All returns are subject to inspection by our Customer Care team, and if these conditions are not met, it will be at their discretion whether the item qualifies for a refund. If a return is not approved, the item will be sent back to you.
Please note that certain items are non-refundable for hygiene reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, beauty products, haircare items, and earrings once their packaging has been opened.

Customer service
Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays) and strives to address all inquiries within 48 hours. To facilitate a quicker response, always include your Order Number in your communications.
