Returns & Eligibility – FAQ

  • 14-day cancellation period: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason.
  • Return window: Once you’ve notified us of your intention to return, you have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back.
  • Item condition: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging included where possible.
  • Proof of purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required to process all returns.
  • Hygiene & exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as underwear, swimwear without hygiene seals, or pierced jewellery) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
  • Faulty or incorrect items: If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • Refund processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
  • Return costs: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend placing a new order and returning your original item for a refund.
  • Late returns: Returns sent outside of the stated timeframe may not be accepted or may be returned to you.
